AI Data Processing

Your content is sent to Anthropic and OpenAI to generate results. They don't train on your data.
Your profile and career data is sent to AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate personalized content such as resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Neon with encryption in transit. Access is controlled through authentication and role-based permissions. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Data Retention

Kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
