Account Registration

You must be 18+, keep your login secure, and take responsibility for what happens on your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Authentication is handled through our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly or annual billing via Lemon Squeezy. Monthly cancels anytime; annual is a 12-month commitment, non-refundable after purchase.
Poyse offers Free, Pro, and Power subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, with an annual option available on Pro.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial monthly periods.
The Pro Annual plan is a 12-month commitment and is non-refundableafter purchase. The 3-month Supercharge bonus included with Pro Annual is a promotional add-on, expires 90 days after your annual subscription starts, and is not redeemable for cash. We may update plan pricing with 30 days' notice; existing annual subscriptions are honored at the price paid until their next renewal.
AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume generation, cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job analysis. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any generated content. Poyse does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Acceptable Use

No illegal use, scraping, credential sharing, or bulk abuse.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Abuse AI generation features (e.g., automated bulk generation)
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Intellectual Property

You own your content. We own the platform, code, and brand.
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you provide to Poyse, including your profile information, experience details, and uploaded documents. Poyse retains ownership of the platform, its design, codebase, algorithms, and branding.
Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages to the fullest extent allowed.
Poyse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or employment outcomes.
